  Made a order via mobile app, pick up time 5:35p. My wife arrived to pick up the order at set time and the two employees were on their phone leaned up against the counter. Order had not even been started. Then they argued amongst themselves who was suppose to complete the order. crappy service. Won't be back. Rather drive to brazoria or sweeny than by here in west columbia. Employees did not apologize for the inconvenience.

  They stopped carrying flat bread and they added a tip screen when you check out. It doesn't let you say no tip. You have to go to other screen and tell it 0%.

  I’ve never been angry at a Subway but this location will do it. Home of the 30-minute sub, made by the slowest sandwich artists known to man. I will drive to the next town over to another location moving forward. My sanity depends on it.
