  I love whata. But I had a bad meal today! As I was chowing down on my strip I noticed that one of them looked like a nugget. This is very upsetting especially if I’m paying $11-12 for a FULL meal.

  Picked up a kids meal for my daughter girl at the window asked “ I just don’t have the 50 cents change is that ok?” Technically it wasn’t ok but when we asked to pay with debit she said she has already ran transaction. Terrible, yes it’s only 50 cents but it adds up. Horrible that Whataburger would allow this.

  It seems that my order was made with items that had been there a while. Fries super cold, chicken strips same, cheese in burger was not even adhering to meat of how cold it was. Called in to inform manager and she had the audacity to tell me that food was fresh and she could replace chicken strips if I wanted. I respectfully declined and Informed I just wouldn't go to that location anymore; she sarcastically acknowledged. This is the first AND LAST time I get such horrible food and treatment.

  Disappointed, second visit to this location. First visit the chocolate shake was not mixed. Today, Monterey melt tasted burnt, toppings missing, old, patty was overcooked yesterday.
