  They almost exclusively get your order wrong. Rather than say they're out of things they'll just leave it out without telling you or substitute it for something else

  The manager on site at 12:40 PM on 3/24/26 was completely negligent when it came to maintaining even basic cleanliness and hygiene in the children’s play area. A child ended up sitting in spilled juice, and the employee the manager sent to clean it made a half-hearted attempt by dragging a dirty cloth over it once, leaving the mess still clearly present in the playground. To make matters worse, the surrounding tables were filthy—far beyond what should ever be considered acceptable in a space meant for children. For a full 45 minutes, not a single staff member, including the manager, took responsibility or made any effort to properly check or maintain cleanliness. This level of disregard is unacceptable, unsanitary, and shows a complete lack of accountability. Please get better leadership
