- VRVeronica RodriguezSep 15, 20251.0Worst serve I’ve had in a while at this location! I ordered fountain drinks for my kids and I not to realize the fountain machine wasn’t even working! So we decided on sweat tea, none available, okay let’s get unsweetened tea again none available! Not to mention the only drink available was Dr.pepper which was watered down! I informed the workers they stated they had ran out and didn’t want to brew because it was going to take awhile! Okay, we paid for our drinks and we had to result in bottle waters! We asked if they can honor the difference since it was an inconvenient that the fountain drinks were out and the teas had ran out! The worker with a tattoo under her chin stated no because she would have to cancel the order and it was too much! Like it’s your job! Don’t want to provide customer service don’t work! Wouldn’t go back again! Once I informed them I was going to complain they started stocking the chips since those were low as well! Paid over 30.00 not to even drink what we wanted!
