  Whatever happen to service with a smile? Brought my girl for the first time to Jimmy Johns in Weslaco. Tall fat guy with a greying beard took my order. He seemed annoyed for no reason. When my girl ordered she was uncertain about two types of subs. Instead of helping by suggesting a choice the guy rolled his eyes and then started impatiently tapping his finger behind the register. The place was dead with no line behind us so I was not sure why he rushed us until after he placed our orders; then i saw him scrolling on his Tik-Tock behind a blindspot after he told others to make our subs. Maybe if he would have at least smiled and didn't rush us I wouldn't have cared as much. But a horrible first impression for my girl who i have been trying to convince to come with me to Jimmy Johns for weeks. She did like her sub though. She said it was real good...but again...'whatever happen to service with a smile?'

  Subs were missing a few ingredients, they tasted really plain. First time trying it out and we probably won't be back.
