  I had the same experience as Just Diva and this person treats you differently if you don't speak Spanish either so her whole night staff reflects this attitude as well. Had me waiting 30mins and serving multiple people after I ordered. When I questioned them about my order, everyone to include management started pointing fingers and not one of them apologized and started making my food until I sternly stated bout making my food again! When they gave me my food, the chicken was barely warm along with the fries! Horrible customer service and no accountability. Took forever to refund my money back and only then did I finally get an apology for one of her workers, but not her! As I walked away, they all started to talk negatively about me in Spanish but what they didn't know is that I, too, speak Spanish and stated loudly in Spanish that I know what you all are saying and they shut up! Never again!! I feel sorry for my fellow truckers who have to put up with this nonsense and deserve way better after a full drive shift!

  October 2nd was my first encounter with Iyana night manager. I've heard about how rude she was but had never met her. Until this day I preferred Wendy's instead of any other fast food place here in Weimar Texas.Because of how nice they were. We'll not anymore. Apparently they've gotten rid of all the other employees and replaced them with their own. That wouldn't be a problem if they could understand English so they can communicate effectively with their customers. But instead they get an attitude and argue with you about what you said. Smh. So on this day I ordered two bacon cheese burgers for the biggies bags and said plain in the beginning of conversation. So before I drove off I had my grandkids check and sure enough she didn't understand when I said plain.Meat cheese bread. No veggies. So I kindly went back and she said "you didn't say plain" I replied yes i did the begging of my order. She said something smart took the burgers by the fry station still in my view her and two other employees was standing over the food laughing took the tomatoes and lettuce off smashed them down and handed back to me. I was livid. That's when I went inside the store to get complaint number that should be posted. she said no have it. I said I would goggle it she said yeah goggle it. The problem is they all cover for each other even the store manager 🙄 it's sickening. Then they made up this narrative as if I'm the problem and do this everywhere which is a complete lie! I think their anger and taking it out on costumers. She doesn't wear a name tag refused to give me her name and didn't give me a receipt.

  Never had a bad experience or bad food. Service is always quick and the fries are the best. Wide menu selection where there’s something for everyone. Cost efficient too.
