- KCKeren CabreraMar 20, 20261.0worst place ever, i ordered online and they took 40 minutes to start “making” one sandwich, i came back 10 minutes later to check, and they never made it. i asked for a refund, and they said they could make the sandwich “for real” this time. i told them i would prefer a refund and they said no, and then said i could try again and come tomorrow for a refund. i then demanded for them to call the manger and they cancelled my order. worst place ever.

Jersey Mike's is twice as expensive, growing and profitable, but Subway seems focused on the least important part of making a great sandwich: cost. Charge 50 cents more and give me more pickles.
