    Ordered a #3 with onion rings and an extra order of large onion rings. Asked for their signature sauce. The employee replied "Im not sure what that is?" Ended up being charged for another order of onion rings. Totaling 3 orders of onion rings. I guess a miscommunication.

    Took 30 minutes to get my order. I just got a side of mozzarella sticks and a medium drink, and it took 30 minutes for my order. Are they understaffed? This location is in desperate need of help.
