I was overcharged on my order and she was difficult to talk with the entire time , confusing the order multiple times I gave up and had what she ordered. Dine in is much better there.

Noticed many tables were dirty, had crumbs all over even on the floor and needed to be wiped down. Went to use the restrooms and they needed a bit of tidying up. There was toilet paper all on the floor. Not very impressed. An older lady brought our food. But my almond croissant was missing. She claimed I didn't order one. I had to pull out my receipt <that's why I always get a receipt> and show it to her. Annoyance. She took some time to get it to me. The food was good. Gave it 5 stars. You can usually count on good food here. It's why we stopped in our road trip home. The service was good except for the attitude of the lady. And the atmosphere was one of lack of cleanliness. Therefore, only 3 stars. We expect better from a Panera!
