  While the game is always fun, the service completely opposite. It was a little chilly and it took over an hour for someone to come turn the heater on. They brought out several plates of food cold because it took over 30 minutes. Our friends waited for dressing almost 45 minutes. Khalil and Bri didnt seem too concerned about their guests comfortability. They never even walked over to check on us after having multiple issues. Took almost an hour for queso. Overall management is to blame and should have stepped in. KENNEDY our server was very polite and apologetic.

  El mesero nos atendía de muy mala gana. Por error tiramos una cerveza y en vez de limpiar nos dió unas toallas para que lo limpiáramos nosotros y además ni siquiera fue capaz de darnos un trapeador, no nos ponía atención, y a fuerza quería involucrar en un problema a un menor preguntando en repetidas ocasiones que si estaba tomando, lo cual era falso, no sé si tomarlo como una actitud racista ya que sus demás mesas estaban siendo bien atendidas menos la nuestra por ser latinos. El lugar 10/10 es muy divertido y la comida también es rica, sólo ese mesero en específico 0/10

  I’m 77 years old. My 1st experience today at Top golf today with my grandkids in Webster, Tex. Never have we been asked to leave in 10mins when we had just ordered drinks and food, They had reservations for our table when we were asked to leave and take our food with us to the bar. We wanted to extend our play time when they let us know we couldn’t stay. We spend $300.00 in our 1 hour there! It’s total BS!!! Why weren’t we told when we arrived ??? They were turning tables on us! Never again ! You lost customers!

  The food took a long time to arrive, and when they finally brought the burger, the fries were completely cold, and everything was expensive; it's not worth it. Some of the waitresses are super rude. The patio on the third floor is super spacious, there was no one sitting outside, and yet they didn't allow smoking, and they don't have a smoking area at all – not inclusive at all. Would I go again? Definitely Not.

  TopGolf Webster absolutely knocked it out of the park for our Agency 8 Recruiting Holiday Par-tee! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded every expectation. The event space was perfect, the food and drinks were great, and the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming for our entire team. Most importantly, the service was outstanding — the staff was attentive, friendly, and truly focused on making sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply enjoy the night. A special shout-out to Temika, the Sales Account Manager, who was exceptionally wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience stress-free, and it showed the night of the event. Our team is still talking about how much fun they had, and we received nothing but positive feedback across the board.
