  1-Star Review SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT I come here often with my sons, and this experience was beyond disappointing. We reserved Bay 333 and were placed all the way at the end okay I guess fine, no problem. I paid nearly $200 expecting to enjoy quality time as a family. Instead, the entire experience felt rushed from the start. Before we could even request another hour, our waitress hurried us through everything. She was already mad smh. Then we were told our bay had been given away and that we needed to leave. No warning. No courtesy. No one not the first, second, or third staff member!!! informed us that our time was expiring or that the bay was being reassigned. Although it gave us 120 min to begin with. I chosed 60 mins. To make matters worse, the food was cold, and the manager’s solution was to “go chill by the fire and play pool downstairs. That’s not what we paid for. We came to play in our reserved bay. When I asked about moving to the bay next to us, I was told the machine didn’t work. Lied again.Minutes later, after we paid and were leaving, another couple was placed there and started playing lol. That was incredibly frustrating and felt dishonest. The whole interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Families spend their hard working money here to enjoy time together not to be rushed out and treated like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and their time. INSANE!!!!

  Very disappointing experience. Our server Shaquita H was rude from the start, gave us dirty water cups, and made my drink incorrectly but insisted it was fine until a manager fixed it. She ignored our table of nine while being noticeably attentive to other bays. As a Hispanic group, we felt treated differently. To top it off, she loudly questioned whether we had paid while we were paying through the app. Completely unprofessional.

  Cash was an amazing server. Made our experience super relaxing and fun. Handled the entire time we were there.

  If you black avoid this spot, after spending $300 our drinks and food was cut off because the manager suspected us for being drunk because in their exact words “we were going to the restroom too much” . Would never get another dollar from me and make sure I spread the word.

  It was an amazing experience. Th server was good as well and he helped us with any questions we had but the moment we wanted to play pool we were told that you have to sign in the front. I went downstairs to check if one was empty so there was one empty but they didn’t have the ball to play. We waited for 30 minutes for the other people in the pool table just to be taken by other people ( it was a guy and his girl ) 😭 we got robbed lwk annoyed by the system
