I went to the location in person and the two Hispanic women acted like they didn't understand why I was upset that my order was incorrect. Spinach missing , messy condiment application. - VEvested EagleSep 6, 20251.0I had a very negative experience at this location, I’m trying not to believe I was racially profiled. I had went in to order a sandwich . I dressed professionally as a finance manager of one luxury dealership around. The shorter lady at the store just seemed to be in too much of a hurry to get my food and that was not the first time, well I took my food and decided since I was on a 3 way call with my wife and my bank to eat in instead of leave with my food, continued with my call on my EarPods while I ate, one of attendants left I guess was the end of her shift, noticed the shorter lady kept looking at me from behind the counter, not too long after mall security pulled up to the building with flashing. Didn’t put any stock to that. It was when I finished my meal washed my hand got back in my truck which is a high end one. Drove off and the security drove off right after. That’s when I put 2 and 2 together, she called security on me. Don’t know what could warranted that. Like I said don’t wanna believe it was racially motivated, but what else could it be.

Asked to change gloves bec of vegan..there was big guy with pony tails started looking at other server which was the manager..and laughed..said something in Spanish carne...mucho carne.. Asked for salt said no. Asked to put veges the manager started slamming them. No hello no buy. Giving us looks all the time while we were on the counter. Looking and saying something in Spanish..rude...
