Legitimately not even one item on my order was correct. There is no phone number to call and no way for me to put in a complaint about my order except this. Asked for no cheese as im allergic to dairy and bit into the wrap to find old dry cold chicken and cheese.

I ordered food and an ice cream thru Door Dash on Saturday 10-18-25. Almost every time I do, they forget my ice cream. This has happened several times. And when I do actually get the ice cream, there are no ingredients at the bottom of the cup. Just plain ice cream. I'm really tired of spending money at this Sonic and not getting what I paid for. I'll be ordering my food from another restaurant in the future.

I couldn’t even get a chance to take my order because I sat at the speaker for a good while before anybody said anything, which they never did. So I drove off. A waste of time if you ask me.
