Ribeye tasted like liver and had no fat or marbling. Traded for a NY Strip which was really good. Lobster tail & the coconut shrimp appetizer were both awesome!

I'm going to preface this by stating that I was a hostess, server, Togo specialist, and bartender with Outback Steakhouse for 10 years. I worked at 3 stores in 2 different states. I'm very forgiving as I'm still in the service industry 15+ Years later. I came in on 02/08/2026 and sat in the bar area. I walked in at 9:15 pm and all chairs in the restaurant were already up, and even though I know they don't close until 10 pm, I still asked if they were closed. I was told they "close in less than half an hour, so yeah" No restaurant that I've ever worked in allowed chairs to go up before closing time, especially when there are several guests around. Next, the bartender was far less than enthused to be there, and I seemed to really have bothered him. I came in late and understand, but when I'm bartending I never know what guest will come in and the impact they could have, the conversation we could have, etc and I'm grateful for all that come in. I ordered and food was as I expected it to be. Other than the steakhouse Mac not having breadcrumbs, which isn't really a big deal, the food was great. It was quickly apparent that there were several employees gathering at the bar around two young men that worked there (they were in street clothes, but went from sitting at the bar top, to going in and out of the kitchen several times), and the bartender stuck around to the end of the bar chatting with them a majority of the time. Two girls in uniform sat at the bar with them, and I over heard her complaining about the bar not having Don Julio, and instead only patron, which she stated was "gross" When I worked at Outback from 2013-2023, employees were NOT allowed to sit at the bar top at their home stores, especially in uniform..who knows, maybe that's changed? But the manager that night stood with them chatting and watching the Super Bowl for the greater amount of the time I was there. When I walked in, the manager was at the door and didn't greet me and again, like the bartender, seemed bothered and like he didn't want to be there. In general, this specific visit was EXTREMELY disappointing, and I really believe that the bartender this evening and the manager needs some serious coaching on hospitality and general pointers for service industry work. I kept my receipt from the visit and paid cash, otherwise I would have left a direct review through dine-rewards as well, so it goes quickly to management. I usually always have great service at this location and will come back. I would like to mention how amazing Pie is, and the other bartender, I believe his name is Jeremiah. They have always been extremely pleasant, professional, personable, and made it a great experience.

Outback Steakhouse never disappoints! The entire team is phenomenal, excellent customer service, friendly and very attentive! I always enjoy eating here. I especially love the french fries, and you have to try the buffalo chicken wings any flavor wings. Honestly, everything is great, it just depends on what you're in the mood to order! Enjoy!

Wow. One of the worst experiences I have ever had walking into a restaurant. I walk in to ask the hostess if we could be added to the wait-list. There are multiple empty tables, but tons of people waiting. However, I'm unable to do so because a customer is asking the hostess to speak with the manager. I stand at the station to wait. While she is getting the manager, the customer tells me his name was deleted from the wait-list after he waited 20 minutes for a table. I'm still standing there hoping someone acknowledges me through the manager's conversation with the customer. There doesn't seem to be a resolution to the concern. After the manager leaves, I try to speak with the hostess; I'm ignored. So I left after standing at the door of a restaurant and having never been acknowledged let alone greeted and watching a manager basically have it out with customers right at the front of the restaurant. Don't think we'll be back to this location....
