I asked if they stopped receiving mobile orders, and with an attitude, BELINA said 10 30. Okay. I told her this is the second time it's happened, are they not taking orders after a certain time? 10. 30. More attitude! I went home to look at my order and it showed they charged me. AND it was the right location. I go back and I show her my receipt, everything. NASTILY, BELINA told me I had to compete the pick up order. I chose the pickup counter. I told her I was charged, how did i not finish? Like she really thought I was an idiot! And BELINA told me I have to hit 'I'm already here' so your nasty food doesn't just sit up here. I was charged but couldn't get a refund! BELINA DIDNT OFFER TO MAKE THE FOOD ONCE. NOT ONCE. MY GOD! BELINA looks and sounds like a child and is a MANAGER?... She doesn't need to be there whatsoever 🙄 that was disgusting and hateful
