  William (Will.I.Am) was a FANTASTIC server. So jolly and happy even though it was super late. His smile was infectious! I love him and the gentleman at the front Justin. Please consider a RAISE for them. They went above and beyond for us.

  I had an absolute blast here with my SO. We bought the play everything pass and played mini putt putt, bowling and had a 100 credits for arcade games. Well worth the money spent! BIG thanks to Ivory and Chris for the assistance they provided today!

  Have an extra $200 dollars to burn? May I suggest going to Main Event to bowl. When did the price of bowling get to this ridiculous level of money? Won't , can't afford this again. Too Expensive and just love the reply from the business that's full of sarcasm rather than what can we do to make this right and earn your future business.

  I don’t usually leave reviews unless the service is exceptional and amazing. I took my daughter and a couple of her friends their last night Sunday 2/8/26 for my daughter’s 13th birthday. After a misunderstanding I had but no fault of the staff, Jennifer the manager fixed the problem. She personally made sure my baby girl had the best experience for her birthday party. Jennifer was so kind and took a situation (my misunderstanding of rules) and made it the best outcome we could have had. She was great at listening to my concerns and offered respectful and caring feedback. Jennifer also showed me the best way to obtain the coin packages for the kids. There was a very sweet boy check us all in and he even told my daughter happy birthday. The entire staff was kind and smiled every time I had a question about something. A really sweet young girl in the kitchen even squeezed my lemons for me into my tea! I don’t know her name but she had a little bit of blue eyeliner on. This, all of the team is what a good experience comes from, they are the reason everything was amazing. My husband and I are floored at the kindness and hospitality with your staff and team. I haven’t experienced this type of staff and all around kindness at any place in a very long time. Thank you Jennifer for making my baby girls birthday amazing and memorable! Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and being apart of her amazing day! We will be coming back in a couple weeks for another birthday party! You are all the best!

  I went here on 1/31/2026 with my dad. The African American guy that was working the front desk this morning (no name tag) was so rude. As someone who has experience working the front desk, his manners were not appropriate and did not create a welcoming enviornment. When we went bowling, there were two employees staring at us and when I asked for shoes, they both turned around and took off like they did not want to deal with us - how ride. I don't understand why nobody has a name tag on at this place. Our bowling lane had the bowling pins stangled and when I asked another mployee if they could reset the pins so we could continue bowling, she said I will get someone to help with this. Twenty minutes later, nobody even came when there are a bunch of employees doing nothing and talking with coworkers. For the amount of money we spent, the service does not equal what we wanted out of the experience. I kept hearing good things about Main Event employees being welcoming, obviously those reviews are fake because I saw today firsthand what their attitude is and it is obvious that they do not want to deal with customers or smile and make talk with you. Seems like everyone wants to go home and not come to work. Management, train your employees better!
