I’m not sure if it’s new management or whatever it may be I can definitely say this place has improved a lot in a lot of ways, my online orders I’m not waiting forever how I use to be; the people who are working that area are a lot more helpful than they ever were, as well as the employees in the front the attitudes just are more welcoming brighter more pleasant. If you’ve had a horrible experience before I’d say give it another chance just as I have. I think this place is turning around and I enjoy walking in there now.

The staff is so nice and helpful every time I come in, I get greeted with a smile. The customer service here is the best. The other day, I went in, and I had the pleasure of meeting Nestor. He was really helpful and super nice. It was nice to have someone speaking Spanish to explain some questions about the different bowls and drinks Cava offers, definitely my favorite cava location!!!!
