- JJJoelliane3 days ago3.0I love Cava but unfortunately at this specific location, I’ve noticed that they are oftentimes very skimpy when it comes to the portion sizes, specifically the rice base. This is probably the third visit where I’ve asked for more rice. At the other Cava’s I have been to (in the Woodlands and near City Center), my bowl has always been filled really well and I never feel the need to make a comment. Maybe I just like the rice lol, but I just find it a bit sus that this locations serving sizes are always significantly less than the other Cavas I visit. Pictured is my bowl before I have even started to eat. At the other locations, the lid is always keeping the food packed in lol. At this location? Not so much. I just want to get the amount of food I paid for.

The cashier is phenomenal he went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. Great dude! Love the energy here! The team is very welcoming and FAST haha! Never a long wait. The woman serving the veggies today was rude, had poor customer engagement, and was very unwelcoming. When I asked for an extra item, she made it seem as though it was a problem. For example, I asked for extra pita chips. She gave me three more, so I asked again, and with an attitude she said, “That’ll cost extra.” It felt as though she only mentioned the extra charge because she assumed it would deter me from asking for more. I kindly responded that it was fine, because if I’m asking for extra, the price is clearly not an issue. You would think that after I politely said that it was fine, her attitude would improve, but it almost seemed like she was annoyed that I was willing to pay for extra. I will try to avoid this location going forward, as this is my second unpleasant experience here. However, I do want to mention that the young lady who started my bowl was very pleasant, as well as the cashier.
