Got here at 9:40 was told it would be a 4 min wait. 9:53 asked how it’s coming along said the oven just kicked back on itd be another 4 min lol heck nah. Asked for a refund and it’s still taking 5 min for that. It’s now 10pm and still waiting for the refund

Had a break biscuit, not ordered and a burrito of some type. Again not ordered. Too far to turn around. What a waste as I would not eat thos and I threw 12 bucks out the window for nothing, well my drink was correct. Hope who ever got my order enjoyed the meal I ordered for another and my bo berry. 😫😫😫😫😫😫😱😱

The only critique I can give is organization. We ordered one of the family meals to dine-in. We only received our chicken and biscuits and were never given our sides or drinks. Had to go wait in line again (only 1 employee working up front) and ask for the rest of our order. Had to wait another few mins for the sides to be prepared. Other than that, no complaints. Pretty good showing for a more recently opened restaurant.

They did not tell us anything about it being the wrong order so I was just thinking they left a few tenders out and forgot our macaroni and cheese. Then when I questioned them about the extra tenders and macaroni and cheese, they proceeded to tell me that we picked up the wrong order and that it’s our fault after paying $38.46 for eight tenders, 2 biscuits, and an order of french fries that’s ridiculous, we will never be back! We never did get our tenders however we were supposed to have a family pack with two sides and 12 tenders four biscuits and four regular drinks. We were just gonna store the leftovers in our hotel room however we never did get any. We Barely got full on the food we had. Bojangles was a disappointment, Go somewhere else if there’s anything available!
