  I’ll first start off by saying how I’ve slowly watched the decline in management and authority of the stand since it first opened back in January. The employees have all at least once looked miserable whether they are outside or inside working— not to mention a couple, not just one person had told me about how miserable it is to work here at this place. Now I’ve never been inclined to write a review for any place no matter how bad it is, but what I witnessed reminded me of when I was back in high school and mistreated by BULLIES. As I was waiting in line for my drink I witnessed someone named Sarah apparently the shift lead told to me by a male employee which absolutely blows my mind because I watched her blatantly disrespect, disregard, and yell at another employee across from across the stand. Now I’ve seen her multiple times with a bad attitude towards customers and people inside multiple times but as I witnessed this girl yelling and embarrassing another person in front of the entire shift while everyone got quite and looked at that one person— I realized what kind of company is running here. The poor person who was obviously hurt and dejected as I watched them keep their head down looked like they could cry. Now the two people on lane however came over to lane two to get more straws but were talking about this Sarah and how horrible she always is. I asked is she always treats her employees this way and Apparently it’s an ongoing problem with her and her attitude and she is a shift lead or trainer!!!! This tells me what kind of company 7brew is, this tells me what kind of people the manager promotes. I will not come back which is unfortunate because I love 7brew

  First time here.. ordered a hot white mocha.. they use chocolate milk.. it was soook good! Friendly staff!! Def recommend!!

  Daughter and I both loved the drinks recommended by the outside employee. She was helpful and friendly.

  So I was in drive-through waiting on my drink and yet it’s Christmas time right and there was an employee that was mocking a lady that said merry Christmas to her before she left an because she said merry Christmas with an accent it seemed to be so funny she continued to mimic the accent very loud fo everyone to hear an I took offense to that because I’m first generation American I won’t be back! I’m gonna make sure everyone knows that this place doesn’t stand up for what’s right

  This location has gone downhill. I’ve been coming here since the opening and it use to be so lively and consistent. I’ve noticed the joy of the employees is not there anymore. I got the chance to talk to one of my favorite employees and they told me how management recently changed and the regional manager, by the name of Lauren Farris, is extremely controlling, yet so unhelpful to the manager and employees. Hearing this from my favorite employee was hard, knowing how much I’ve loved coming here. I was also told that Lauren Farris does not pronounce the names of people of color correctly, which makes some feel unwelcome. This is really hard to hear and honestly just disappointing. I don’t know why the regional manager is still working here. The baristas deserve better!!! It’s a shame my kids loved coming here, I just don’t know if I can continue supporting a company that puts these types of people in leadership.
