I even asked for extra scoop of matcha and still the color isn’t the right color it was before. Also the workers are not friendly!

Several employees expressed frustration about the way regional management handles things, and while I cannot verify their claims, the fact that staff members felt this way was troubling on its own. The way the employees talked about their regional manager suggested a lack of support, poor communication, and leadership that does not prioritize the well-being of the team. Hearing this, combined with visibly low morale among the baristas, created a negative impression of how the store is being managed behind the scenes. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness employees who appeared stressed, discouraged, and unhappy with their work environment. Regardless of the cause, it reflects poorly on the leadership overseeing this location. I strongly encourage 7Brew’s upper management to investigate the concerns raised by staff and take steps to improve the professionalism and support within regional operations. A well-led, respected team creates a better workplace and a much better customer experience.
