  Had the worst day already and this experience made it worse. I come to this Chipotle at least twice a week and the service has really gone downhill. They’ve been skimping on portions lately. I’m vegetarian and my bowl is simple, but this time when they added guac, the employee literally knocked most of it back into the container. When I asked for a little more, I was told it would be charged as “double” guac—which is ridiculous. I said never mind, asked for a side of hot salsa for my chips and paid. Halfway home, I realized they didn’t close the lid and it spilled all over my car seat and floor (i have holes on my seat so that was fun to clean). So they skimped on my guac, tried to charge me extra, and then sent me out with a leaking sauce that made a huge mess. I guess I should consider it a blessing they skimped on the hot sauce & only filled it half way? I used to love coming here, but this was honestly so disappointing.

  If only I had read the comments lol smh fast service but I'm like 10 bites in and haven't tasted any meat yet. Should've just gotten the veggie bowl I guess. Usually my bowls lack meat anyway lol idk. Maybe I'm just crazy.

  I’m under the impression on why I’m getting charge for “sides” when I got red sauce on my bowl. When I asked the elder white looking lady responded with “you got sides, and I just work here and check the app if you want” which I did check the app and I added “chips with a red sauce side” and my total is off then what I actually got charged at the store. What really caught me off guard was the response she gave me “I just work here”

  Came in at 9:50 over a hour before they closed. They didn’t say anything about the lobby being closed. Then as soon as we sat down the front counter girl started yelling that the lobby was closed. Since we had just sat down we continued eating. Then the girl comes up to us being rude saying the lobby is closed. I’ve never had this horrible of service at this location. Also the lobby was a complete mess. Im not one to write reviews but this was ridiculous. You work in customer service maybe be friendlier. We were there over a hour before they closed it wasn’t necessary to be rude or yell.

  I’m sure the food would have been great if I had it. I know how hard it is to work in the service industry and I make sure to always be kind and appreciative to the people helping me. Today I went to this chipotle and yes it was very busy but I don’t think that’s an excuse to be mean to people. I never go to chipotle because I don’t eat out much so I don’t know exactly what’s there. I was trying to order from a text message and they asked for Spanish rice. I asked for Spanish rice (not knowing they don’t have that) the First Lady on their crew pointed to the salad. I assumed she couldn’t hear me so I tiptoed and said Spanish rice instead of telling me there’s no Spanish rice she rolls her eyes and tells the woman next to her something under her breath. She points at the two rices and I say whites rice is fine. She slams it with an attitude while still talking to the lady next to her. I understand that you’re not always gonna be happy to be doing your job, but I don’t think it should be everyone else’s problem and I don’t expect you to be happy to make me a bowl but I do expect to be respected in a place that I’m paying money for. The food smelled great though I just wish I wasn’t so disrespected.
