  Order wings (20) piece bone-in and had to trash 3 because of to many feather still on them, this was just ugly and celery were so old that they were starting to go bad and looked unwashed, but not all locations are like this, please take some notes from your North Forest location E Sam Houston Parkway.

  Morale of the workers at this location always seems low. Our latest visit has unveiled the reason. We had a few orders with upcharged sides (onion rings, tator tots), but the kitchen sent it out with the normal fries. We didn't mention anything because it's not a big deal, but we did ask for the upcharges to be removed when our check arrived. It took a while to resolve, and our waitress seemed upset when she came back with the modified receipt.. The owner made our waitress pay for the difference that was being removed from the check. Sure it was only a few dollars, but it was for product that never reached our table, therefore the store wasn't losing any money. This is a clear sign of terrible leadership, and this is theft from their employees as far as I'm concerned. This wasn't even the waitresses fault, and we never brought it to anyone's attention until it was time to pay. I feel bad for the staff at this establishment, and can't in good conscience keep coming here with this ownership. If you want an establishment with caring and attentive staff it starts with good leadership. This place has the opposite.

  Use to love b-dub until now. Sat down at the bar and was covered in previous customers messes so I sat at a table. Informed the staff and requested a drink. Moved back to the bar and the guy never comes back and tends to other customers. So, wont be coming back here. There was only like half a dozen patrons in the restaurant.

  Manager “G” was very rude and unprofessional. Three people at bar top one other table than myself in the entire building. game screen was glitching and asked for the jukebox to be turned on (which it usually is.) manager “G” told me I can get up while eating to ask the bar customers if they’d mind the jukebox being turned on. She then told me this is a sports bar by the way… not even 30 minutes later almost every tv in the building had a church service on instead of sports! I enjoy coming here but every experience involving her is unpleasant and unprofessional. Servers and bar are always great.

  We celebrate our grandson’s birthday here every year. We have a party of 15 or better at times . This time my wife and I ordered our food first and we waited and waited and everybody got there food and we get our food last and cold and I had to go to the bar and get my own beverage ! So I call for the manager she comes over with an attitude and short and arrogant ! She preceded to be angry and rude to her staff in the kitchen and when the waitress told her I was upset she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well and came back to our table with my food and was very rude and arrogant !! This is not how you handle this type of situation !! And this woman has no respect for your business nor your customers !!! We won’t be back and will inform all of our friends and family on how we where treated !!
