Great Cajun style chicken strips and sides. Cold soft drinks as well. Excellent service by their staff.

Me and my son tried this place a while back. It was NOT good! The chicken was not real chicken and weird, the blueberry scones/ biscuits were hard and cold, but the fries were pretty good.(they hard carried the meal) The service was ok and the place was pretty clean but we were the only ones there.

My first time there, I asked what the most popular item was, and what I received was chicken strips are hot and coming out of the grease and honestly not helpful at all. It left me feeling a bit unsure and not very satisfied with the experience.

I went through the drive-through order a regular mac & cheese and a buttered biscuit. I pulled forward the person at the drive-through window wasn’t very friendly asked me to park in lane three while they brought the food out to me. I didn’t think it would take long to grab a prepackaged mac & cheese and a biscuit off the line, but apparently it does. So I pulled over she brought out my biscuit and mac & cheese. I opened the bag. There’s no fork no napkins so I pulled back to the drive-through ask if I can get a fork still not very friendly and I proceeded to leave the mac & cheese seemed like it had been watered down with extra water to bring it back to life. And the biscuit was old and burnt. Unfortunately, this will probably be the last time I eat at that Bojangles. I think it could be a lot better if the people that were running it cared.

We visited on 3/27/2026 around 12:20 PM this was our first time here, and we were excited to try it. We initially went through the drive-thru, but the digital screens were constantly changing within seconds, making it hard to actually see the menu. Since it was our first time, we decided to go inside so we could take our time looking at everything more clearly. Unfortunately, our experience with the cashier (the receipt listed Christina) wasn’t the best. When I placed my order and swapped fries for mac and cheese while adding a couple of extra sides, I felt like I was being questioned or judged for my choices. The interaction came across as rude rather than helpful. When my husband ordered, he asked about the 3-piece chicken combo and what it came with. The response he received “whatever you want it to come with”was said with a tone that felt rude and unwelcoming, instead of informative. That said, I do want to highlight Andrew, who truly stood out. He was attentive, friendly, and constantly moving greeting guests, cleaning tables, and assisting customers. His energy made a positive difference in the atmosphere. Also, the woman in the red shirt handling the drive-thru headset was kind and pleasant. Overall, the food may bring people in, but customer service is what makes them want to come back. I hope there’s more consistency in how customers are treated moving forward, because a little patience and kindness go a long way.
