  Have been visiting this location since its opening and the changes I've watched have been extremely disappointing. When the location first opened, it seemed as though every single employee was happy to be there and help start your day. These days, it feels like a regular Starbucks. The liveliness has seemed to disappear from both the workers taking my order and the ones handing the drinks off, and from the sounds of it after reading other reviews, it has to do with changes in management. The main reason I'm writing this review is so that it's known that, from a regular customer's perspective, the changes in management have been glaringly obvious, which should never be the case and is very saddening, as this IS my local coffee shop. I also used to seriously look forward to the interactions I had with the employees, now it just feels impersonal, which I wouldn't care about if the location didn't have such an amazing start! Additionally, the attention to detail in regards to drink making has decreased significantly. My normal order is extra sweet, and at this point, almost HALF the time I get my normal order, it's made like the original drink, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't a $7 coffee. Now normally, I would flip around and just have it remade, but the traffic at this location has also picked up significantly, so much so that I usually don't have the TIME to have my drink remade. If I'm being quite frank, I wanted to give a lower rating, but that feels unfair to the employees that still carry the same energy as those at opening, and I am still a little biased because of how much I enjoyed the location towards the beginning. Fingers crossed for some serious changes soon, because it's pretty obvious that the employees at this location don't have the drive and enjoyment that they once did, which was what solidified this coffee spot for me.

  German Chocolate Mocha was very good. But the lady didn’t give us a receipt, nor even show us the screen. But as we pulled up I looked out the back window and saw her show the person behind us the screen. We couldn't tip her if we wanted to. I have no idea if she even tipped herself. Never saw the receipt! The girl that was under the umbrella while we waited for our drinks was really nice… I forgot her name… Kaitlyn maybe. I don’t even like small talk, but she had very cool welcoming energy.

  I have been coming here since day one, it had previously always been an amazing experience, the customer service especially is what made 7brew stand out against other coffee stands. However, this new group of employees that have started in the last few weeks have DROPPED the ball. They are borderline rude, slow, and unfriendly. They are not familiar with the menu, they are hesitant to look up the menu or make recommendations. It is a stark difference between last Summer, Fall and this winter, to the employees now here in later February and March.
