  Lately every time I go through the drive through they never give any sauce. Not even one it’s been real annoying.

  Diego Was his name! The genuine, helpful drive-through employee he was all around, great! He had the best customer service and manners and I noticed that he Would do anything to make it work for the customer versus giving all the reasons why it can’t. You don’t find customer service like this hardly anywhere so when you do, it goes a long way. Keep up the great work, Diego.!

  This is the worst taco I have ever been to. Been there like 10 times and every single time they have messed up the order. How hard is it to work at Taco Bell?

  I heard that they have some new items. I thought I would try some out. The mini taco salad was a joke. The empinadas were tiny. Nothing like they use to be. The manager was nice enough to cook them fresh for me. Not much has changed with the food.

  my boyfriend and I came here around 1am and they messed up my tacos (I wanted cheese removed and the only thing they put on it was cheese) it wasn't a big deal I was just gonna go get them re made so I went back through the drive thru and in the middle of it we realized we were missing a 4th taco (my boyfriend had already started eating by this time so we had wrappers) we pulled up to the window and they re made my 3 tacos and I was like hey I'm real sorry I'm not trying to be a pain but we also noticed we're missing a 4th taco. Well the guy gave an annoyed sigh, closed the door and didn't say anything. Well another guy came up and was sooo rude and threw his hand up and said "what's the problem?" I explained and he looked around annoyed and said "let me see" I grabbed the receipt on the bag and I said "I mean I have the receipt" and he said in another very rude tone "let me see" well I was extremely uncomfortable by now and also annoyed and was about to say like.. show you what??? The taco that isn't there?? And he said "the bag" so I handed him the bag and he not very politely grabbed it and a lady came up to the window asking what the problem was and at this point I was so uncomfortable and just like oh my god I just wanted the stuff I ordered man.. but I explained everything and she walked away while they were digging through our bag of food and she opened up a taco and said "this is a normal taco and there's wrappers in the bag so we don't know" well dang if you count the wrappers you will see there is not 4 - talking like thats the missing 4th taco and we looked over it. Well we know for a fact there was no 4th taco because we woulda frickin ate it. She didn't show us the taco or anything and I was done so I just said "well darn we must've looked over it thank you" well let me tell you we pulled over to eat again and there is zero doubt in my mind they took one of the messed up tacos back there and slapped some lettuce on because it was all weird lookin. And not to mention I was missing so many cinnamon twists when we got the bag back. Shoulda went to taco bueno.
