  We asked the manager why it was taking so long for them to make our order if we ordered ahead of time through the app & she couldn’t even give me an explanation. I’m confused on how and why she’s manager if she doesn’t even know how to give proper service. Someone fire her!

  Removed monitor but order that are done on there end are still not done can tell the manager at 3:26 was rude and incompetent

  literally service was SO horrible, EVERYONE had an attitude. as a ex service worker u should never treat customers that way , after the manager practically threw our food at us my bf asked for buffalo sauce and said " can i " then manager came and threw the buffalo sauce and his hand proceeded to yell at him and said next time "you dont say can i , you say may i " and slammed the window in his face . completely inappropriate. ontop of this you could tell our nuggets and our fries were sitting under the warmer for at least a few hours , everything was could and disgusting the best thing was the dr.pepper. after being disrespected we couldnt even enjoy our food. smh

  Place is trashy food all over floor, they got employees that would rather sit there and stare at you besides helping you. And you’ve gotta pay for a refill.

  After numerous times of ordering a combo that has Fries through drive through and not receiving ketchup, I specifically asked for ketchup with the combo I ordered, witnessed the drive through person get on the microphone and tell the person at the pick up window to include ketchup. Drove off “knowing” that the ketchup was in the bag. Made it home. Opened bag. No ketchup.
