It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     Since changing mgmt, I have noticed a decline in service. Hard to get help when you pick up your order from app. Have to double check that your order is correct. Missing or wrong items. Rude staff, just to get help. One employee, younger male, wearing headset, walked up and looked at my order. He said my name, I said that's me. His response was "Yup", and he walked off. I have been a customer for years now. I prefer this location to the other off highway, not ordering from here as much now. Restaurant is clean, it's staff issues. Food is good.

    I ordered a Jr meal to go and when I told them my daughter did t get her fries they just looked at each other confused. Super frustrating. Eventually a young girl went and got her fries. Food is always good, they are always friendly. So this was a rare thing. 🤔

    This was honestly one of the fastest whataburgers I have ever been thru. I ordered and was thru the line of about 5 cars ahead in less than 8 minutes.
