It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered doordash delivery from here....not complicated, 3 sandwiches, french fries and onion rings... When the order arrived it was missing my burger which was my main meal... I had to call doordash to get a redelivery which is a fiasco... by then I had to eat cold fries while I was waiting on my burger to arrive.... I don't know why it's so hard to check the items you are putting in a sealed bag???!!! it's not rocket science or hard to count to 5 for that matter... Excuses are irrelevant to me after a hard day... Not to mention the fact that I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT for my dinner that didn't arrive is infuriating.... The next Burger that arrived which was mine, after my husband had already gotten to eat his by his self, looked like shit...So now I'm left with the assumption that nobody cares....which is inexcusable if you are selling food to the public... absolutely freaking RIDICULOUS....I'm sure everyone working there would be pissed if this happened to them... If I could give less stars i would ordered a #2 which should have came with fries it didn't also the burger came on texas toast which I told the guy I didn't mind that apparently they were outta the right bread cool just put it on whatever also meant you wont get the rest of your order left came back the young lady proceed to argue with me that because I told them to put my burger on whatever bread they had to complete the order also meant the #2 that I paid for was subject to come how ever they decided to serve it minus ff good luck with your order here. Previous service was super slow and not even busy

The managers blame the customers or employees when you can tell no one was trained right. My burger was made wrong and the bread was soggy. My fries were cold and very salty. Place was not clean and too many playing around. Took my grandkids here and they never got their fruit snacks and burgers were cold. Highly unsatisfied grandpa! All for $40, not even worth $5. They never gave me my shake! Hire some good managers this place is full of crap!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with fast food. After waiting 15 minutes (with no one in line or inside, only ones at 1am) My extra sauce breakfast burger had a tiny drop of sauce. Husbands cheeseburger has no cheese and a cup of the honey butter (which by the way is a prepackaged sauce cup) came in a styrofoam cup with not even half of what is usually in a prepackaged cup of sauce. Will never eat here again. Manager was lovely and sweet and gave us a refund. However for an empty lot and drive thru that many mistakes is inexcusable.
