Normally the shells are only half way full this was packed. Staff was super friendly, and order came out completely correct with no errors. I got the bell grande and they now are served in a box and aren't flat.

I guess you have to be someone they like to get decent food here. Poor management.

I sat there to ask for more the lady (black very very short hair curly) saw me sitting at the window waiting ignored me until I finally waved and said excuse me. She opens the window and says what's up. Umm excuse me this is not how you talk to a customer, maybe a yes may I help you not a whats up... Very unprofessional.
