This is one of the handful of McDonalds I eat my breakfast from every morning m-f. I order the same thing every morning. This McDonalds is on a downward trend as of the last month in particular. I use to really like this McDonald’s and felt like they actually cared about the quality of food they were serving but the last few times I’ve been handed gross looking and gross tasting McGriddles. The griddle cakes were wet, over cooked, and u believe its due from sitting inside a warmer where they are using steam to warm up the food which will give the griddle cakes a wet sponge like texture. The eggs in my sandwich were the same way. My McGriddles have been getting worse every time I go to this McDonald’s and it’s to the point of me wanting to not return. The staff has always been very nice but the breakfast they have given me has been really disappointing

Have to give this place a 10 out of 10! Not often a fast food place is this good. Food is always hot! Service is always top tier! It’s FAST! Love that. It’s always our go to on practice or school function night we can always count on getting home on time and food being correct

Sharing the insane experience I just had at this Mcdonald’s location. I go through the drive-through to pick up a mobile order, and when they hand me the mobile order, I asked them if it was the correct order because it seemed wrong. They confirmed that it was the only mobile order that they had so I drive off. After checking the bag it was in fact, wrong, so I pull back around through the drive-through again to get the correct order. As I pull up to the ordering box, a young lady takes the mic and asks if I am using the mobile app and I decline and say I just went through the drive-through and was handed the wrong order. Her entire tone changes and she lets out some muffled words that I can’t make out. I say politely, “sorry, what was that? And she abruptly cuts me off and demeaningly repeats “What. was. your. order.” in a rude and demanding tone. I explained to her that I couldn’t hear her the first time and she cuts me off once again while I am trying to tell her what my order was. By this point I am appalled that this young lady is talking to a customer in such a derogatory way, and I ask her name…. then she goes silent for the first time in the entire interaction 😂 I pull forward where I am then handed the WRONG ORDER AGAIN. By this point I just give them my receipt to check what I ordered, and they finally bring me the correct ONE item that I ordered. They also took back the incorrect bag of food after I had already driven away with it which I’m pretty sure is a health code violation. Management really needs to reassess who they are hiring because it’s disgusting having such horrible interactions when you’re just trying to purchase food. I will be contacting corporate to explain my experience.

Im just a door dash driver but every time it takes so long to get an order. Every one is out behind the counter talking and cutting up. Im trying to make money too. I can’t sit here for 20 minutes waiting for an order of one basket of fries. It’s honestly ridiculous.

Always rude workers in morning , told us monopoly game was over when it's not after ordering bunch of stuff that's supposed to include pieces , have had issues with same lady canceling orders in morning for no reason best guess is because it's usually a big order which should not be tolerated
