I brought 4 five-gallon jugs to refill with water and the girl charges me and then asks if I had lids for them. I say no, and she says nothing else and refills them. When they get full she starts to wrap the top in saran wrap and I ask what are you doing, why aren't you attaching lids? She says we don't cap the bottles. I was so frustrated - she could have told me that before she charged me AND filled them!! The Arlington locations have always capped my jugs, why doesn't Weatherford?? I had to drive all the way back to Arlington with the water like that. Needless to say, I did lose some water because the saran wrap was not meant to replace an actual cap. So disappointed 😞.
