Dipping sauces that taste like they come from the Dollar Tree (no offense to the Dollar Tree) $60+ for half eaten food just to fill a void. It wasn't a pleasurable experience. - JLJaicee LewisApr 6, 20261.0I visited Buffalo Wild Wings today and while my own service was fine, I witnessed something that really didn’t sit right with me. A couple came in shortly after I was seated. There was no host at the front when they arrived, so they didn’t realize they were supposed to wait and went to sit themselves. As they were about to sit, the host approached them and told them they weren’t supposed to seat themselves. The man tried to explain that they didn’t know and that no one was at the front. He seemed genuinely confused and was having a hard time communicating, and instead of showing patience, the host responded with a harsh and dismissive tone. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and lacked basic compassion. It was clear they felt embarrassed, and they ended up leaving without eating. Not everyone understands restaurant procedures right away, and some people may need a little extra patience and kindness. That’s part of good customer service. A simple, respectful response would have made all the difference. I hope management takes this seriously and reminds staff how important it is to treat every customer with respect and understanding.
