  Just went and there’s a young man that hangs out in the restroom on his phone. It’s weird, he stands at the urinal the whole time. He’s not necessarily doing anything wrong but it’s weird when he’s just standing there, this is an employee btw

  I had to pick up a door dash order from this location on 2/20/26. I walked in at 10:28pm and didn’t receive the customer’s order until 10:53pm. You can’t call yourself fast food with wait times like that. This is unacceptable. Us dashers don’t get paid to wait like that. I’ve had to wait almost every single time for delivery orders at this location and the others in this area. So either adjust the amount of time you need to complete the order, or train your employees to work faster to prevent delivery drivers from waiting so long every time. Y’all aren’t the only business in this area that stays busy, so that isn’t an excuse to fall apart under pressure.
