  The food was 10/10 and the service was super quick. Huge shout-out to Rhonda! She was so pleasant and really on top of everything, checking in on us at the perfect times. I'm already looking forward to my next visit

  Had a Sunday outing with the wife. Went to all the stores and ended up a HEB for some fresh and good ol barbecue. The staff were so nice as to HEB standards. They were so helpful with serving us and keeping the outdoor dinning area presentable. A special thanks to Rhonda giving us some of that friendly Texas hospitality. 10/10 will be back again.

  We ordered online and our food was ready by the time we made it. We decided to eat on their patio and I’m glad we did. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Exceptional service and atmosphere. Rhonda was so helpful and ensured that there was never a moment that we didn’t have everything we wanted or needed

  I was frustrated ordering from a kiosk with glare. Menu items are not user friendly when you order for 2 or more. I knocked on the window for help. Alan came to the rescue and was wonderful and explaining the process. Too bad they don’t have designated customer service. I would give the service a 5 because of Alan but couldn’t get past the lack of a cashier. If Alan wasn’t here, I would have left. I don’t want an app and I don’t want a kiosk; I want good old fashioned customer service. I don’t think I’ll be back. Alan, you’re excellent at customer service. Thank you.

  My brother I decided meet at Waxahachie's Texas BBQ (HEB), for lunch. The Texas BBQ, is part of the HEB grocery store but is located separately from the actual store. It has has an out side sitting area. We walked up to the self ordering kiosk. We ordered the 1lb burnt ends, $24.99, but it no way looked like the container was an actual pound. The burnt ends were very tender, well seasoned and the sauce that came in was awesome. We also got two side orders a medium cream corn which was well seasoned and very tasty for $7.99 and a small brisket beans which were spicy but very tasty. We also got two drinks half sweet/unsweetened tea, $2.25 and HEB Dr. B half liter $1.00 total $43.00. We sat at the outside sitting area and when one the female employees came around asked how we were enjoying the food my brother asked why they did offer any paper plates she acted like he was speaking in a foreign language. She didn't even try to answer his question but just kept on walking away. Overall it was a good experience I would back again cause I really liked the food. Not the best and not the worse. The outside sitting area was very clean but it was communinal style sitting.
