  The food is usually on par with what you expect to get. EVERY single time you order to-go your bag is missing items. Every once in awhile I trust I got what I ordered and decide not to check and when I get home there's at least one or multiple things missing. You shouldn't have to microinspect every single item, if they did their job better you would get what you paid for. Wasted a lot of money here over time on items I never got. Check your bags thoroughly people if you order drive-thru. Be careful ordering delivery too.

  I went through the drive thru, I had ordered on the app and the lady handed me the wrong food I immediately noticed and handed it back saying it wasn’t mine, She took the food back and handed me a bag of food that I thought was mine, Turns out 2 of the tacos I had ordered were made as a hard shell taco, I had ordered a 3 Cheese flatbread… An a grilled cheese burrito with CHICKEN that was made with Steak ! The employees at this Taco Bell obviously don’t care about their job and or making the food correctly at all ! Terrible service but what else ca you expect at 10:30pm at Taco Bell

  Getting rid of your breakfast is absurd. The only damn reason to actually go to taco bell anymore since every time a decent item is released it gets taken away due to “packaging concerns”. Not to mention it seems like neither taco bell in this city can get its shit together and stay supplied. Always out of something whether it’s lettuce, chicken, cheese or sauce. Get your shit together Taco Bell

  Incredibly rude service. I had ordered 1 meal on the mobile app and was told that I was not considerate to the staff and was asked to park out front where I waited for 20 minutes for 2 tacos, a burrito, and a drink😂 Just drive to the other Taco Bell in hachie👍

  The staff behind the counter are too busy looking down to help you. We ordered 4 different kinds of tacos and 4 different kinds of burritos. We couldn't tell one from the other and when we asked her reply was THEY ARE LABELED. Going forward we will order each person separately. I'm but I don't know the taco bell wrapping system. Maybe have a poster explaining to YOUR CUSTOMERS how to read the wrap? JUST SAYING!!!
