  came in to order food and the staff is complaining where everyone can hear one girl in specific said she’s gonna lock the doors early because she don’t want to work. she started making my sandwich and kept complaining and tapping her fingers on the counter trying to rush. very rude service will not come back if the staff is still the same. food was mixed with chicken when i ordered none. horrible experience

  The staff is down to business taking the orders and getting them knocked out they don’t seem up to small talk. Some people are just introverts no faults there. The food was made to order and was fresh.

  Went there today there were no customers i stood there there was no welcoming no smiles so I got the sandwiches went to go get tea its empty said they had none.no napkins were stocked no forks.place is going down hill

  I placed a mobile order for pickup at 1:30 and arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, but no one answered the speaker or came to the window. After a few minutes we decided for my mom to go inside to retrieve the order. Once she was finally acknowledged, she was told the order hadn’t been made yet and that they would begin preparing it. After waiting another 10 minutes, she was informed that they were out of tuna, even though the order had already been paid for. She then changed her sandwich to a cold cut trio and waited while they prepared both her sandwich and the second one I ordered for my husband, a chipotle Philly. About 30 minutes after we initially arrived, she returned to the car and let me know that the chipotle Philly did not have any sauce on it. I then had to go inside myself to request the sauce, leaving my mom in the car with my infant and toddler, who were both ready for a nap. When I asked for the missing chipotle sauce, the employees filled two small cups but did not hand them to me and moved on to other tasks. I had to ask again for the sauces, despite explaining that I had young children waiting in the car. The mayo and chipotle mayo provided were also not nearly enough for a footlong sandwich. Additionally, even though the sandwich was made in front of my mom, it was still cold when my husband received it and had very little steak on it, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating, especially since the order was prepaid. There was little sense of urgency or effort to resolve the situation, and the service felt slow and unaccommodating. This was surprising, as I had a smooth experience at this same location just a few days prior using the mobile app and drive-thru. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning anytime soon.
