  I had to pick up a door dash order from this location on 2/20/26. I walked in at 10:28pm and didn’t receive the customer’s order until 10:53pm. You can’t call yourself fast food with wait times like that. This is unacceptable. Us dashers don’t get paid to wait like that. I’ve had to wait almost every single time for delivery orders at this location and the others in this area. So either adjust the amount of time you need to complete the order, or train your employees to work faster to prevent delivery drivers from waiting so long every time. Y’all aren’t the only business in this area that stays busy, so that isn’t an excuse to fall apart under pressure.

  The service and atmosphere was excellent. The burger patty was lukewarm and the fries were cold. While it is a fast food place, I do expect the food to fresh.

  This is my favorite Whataburger. I drive from Mansfield to come to this one. The food is always hot and fresh. Service is out of this world.

  The breakfast is amazing most the time but don't get lunch or dinner. I'm pretty sure there's just semi-trained squirrels working there by the amount of mustard stained paw prints across my non mustard containing food. This is the third time. Wings got mustard on them Fries got mustard on them. Drink? You guessed it, some nasty little yellow smear right where Dr. Delicious should be. Get it together Whataburger . Please
