Almost ALWAYS- SELF checkout, ...if you need help (prices don't ring up right BECAUSE THERE'S SO MANY DIFFERENT PRICES), there's ONE front- older woman- "manager" WHICH is rude, and literally walks off.... SEVERAL prices--CONFUSING.... Digital, Sat/ Sun only, online only, "members only", so its a club? Then there's the FINE print-too small to read thats pointed out at checkout- $35.00 purchase (not including sale item) to get an item... Customer service is terrible being on hold for over 30 minutes is wild. Actually calling the store and no one picks up; and when they do they hang up. Waxahachie was fine with just H‑E‑B. I’ll never waste my time with a Tom Thumb again. Look below I ordered $45 worth of catfish fillets 60 eggs 🥚 and much more and this is what was left at my 🚪
