  I usually love Subway but the one in Waxahachie was a huge disappointment. The young man that made our sandwiches put so much salt in them they are not edible. I tasted mine and gagged from all the salt in it. The guy was so busy talking to a girl in there he wasn’t paying attention and that showed in his service and work. I’ve been calling nit I can’t get anyone to answer.

  I recently tried the drive-thru at a Subway, which I didn’t even know was a thing, so that was kind of interesting. But the experience was pretty frustrating. The employee at the window told me, ‘I’ll be right back, I’m going to toast it,’ after I asked about my sandwich being toasted. I waited about a minute, but when I got the sandwich back twice , it clearly hadn’t been toasted at all. It felt like she just waited a bit and then handed it over without actually doing anything. Overall, it was pretty disappointing and not the level of service I was hoping for.

  i’d give less then 1 star if i could. i’ve been here multiple times and never had a good experience. but this time drew the line. the sandwhich was burnt and the parts that didn’t seem burnt felt and fasted like straight dust. and crumbled. absolutely disgusting

  As soon as I entered the subway at 8:20 in the morning, no one acknowledged me. I went to the counter to place my order when a woman named Mrs. T or Mrs. P approached and asked what I would like. I informed her of my order and requested toasted bread. She placed my food in the oven, then touched her hair and shirt. It's worth noting that she didn't have a tidy appearance, so I politely expressed that I meant no disrespect but asked if she could please change her gloves before adding vegetables to my sandwich, as I had just seen her touching her hair and shirt. She changed her gloves and completed my order. After ringing me up, I thanked her, but she walked away without responding. I repeated my thanks, and she responded with not needed. I went to my car and called her manager, Jessica, who apologized and said she would contact her. This subway will never receive another dollar from me.

  Do Not bother If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service upon walking in is awful. There were two young ladies working when I went in. They were so off putting. No customer service at all. They did not greet any of the customers and when asked for additional tomatoes we were met with disdain. We reached out to the manager and was told we would hear back. She texted and and said she'd call back. When we reached back out to her, 2 days later after she found out we weren't interested in a franchise purchase she said she'd call back and we never heard back from her to voice our concerns. Our money spends everywhere with that being said we'll NEVER return here again.
