  They hung up on me in the middle of a call. Thought maybe it was accidentally disconnected I simply called back. Someone different answered the phone who was not as friendly. When I told her I would like to place an order for delivery She put me on hold without saying a word and left me there for 30 minutes. I love Pizza Hut, but this branch needs to be closed. This location is giving the franchise a terrible reputation. I say that as I read the reviews while on hold. Going to bring my money where it is appreciated.

  From time to time we get a carry out order for window pick up and sometimes we are greeted politely. Today the guy working the window didn't say a word to us and expected us to say hi to him instead. How does that make sense? It was very unprofessional and throughout the entire experience he still didn't say a word to us. Very uncomfortable overall. Doesn't seem like the people working there care too much.

  This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We have always had problems with the waxahachie location but tonight was awful, we ordered a pizza online, went to the drive thru to pick up the order and they took FOREVER to come to the window, then repeatedly saying the order would be ready for 10 mins. 1 Hour passes by like this and I pull thru the drive thru again to just find all the workers outside smoking. I drove off, then tried to call to get my money back for the pizza I never got, but no one answered the phone. GO TO THE MIDLO LOCATION!!!

  No stars should be an option. “Rocky” claims he is the store manager, but he isn’t. Good thing Bc he can’t tell the difference between pan crust and hand-tossed. And his time management is waaayyyyy off Bc an order that the app said would be done in 20min and confirmed it at 8:45, was not given to my husband until 9:11. He was there waiting all of that time, with “Rocky” telling him it wasn’t “quite ready yet.” Apparently, they never started the order! Absolutely no apology from Rocky, even after determining they got the order wrong! A great “store manager!” No wonder they only have 1.5 stars on Yelp and Google. Oh, and according to “Rocky,” he has no information on a district manager.
