Now the bad: it’s clear that this restaurant was not intended to be a restaurant, but rather a pick up and drive-through window establishment. It appeared to have only two cooks and one clerk at the register. The clerk was so overwhelmed with hopping between the drive-through and pick up customers that the phone rang for a solid 15 minutes while we sat in the restaurant to eat, NO EXAGGERATION!! I did not blame the clerk, but rather staffing issues. When he finally picked up the phone and put it down, it started ringing again incessantly. That coupled with the three TVs set to three different programs made for a miserable dining experience. The noise was off the charts. As far as the menu presentation, why are there no prices listed on their menu? I can understand trying to save money on printing costs, but this takes being frugal a little far. Finally, the ugly: the woman’s bathroom was disgusting. There was actually a septic smell immediately outside the door. It is in dire need of an update and a thorough power wash cleaning! The floor water vents were hideous and looked like toilet paper was wrapped in the sifter on the floor. Gross!
