    We picked up a mobile order and we got 50% of our stuff, missing ALL of the sauces, 2 McChickens, and our large fries were filled not even halfway. This is one of the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever gotten in my life. From now on I’m going to the one on Butcher Road, way better service and they actually give you what you paid for. Worst McDonald’s ever.

    They refuse service from 3:30-4:30. I placed a mobile order at 3:24 without knowing that and they refused to give me food or a refund. Some bull and they should be fired. It’s not like they don’t have food there.

    Messed up on two items, they were replaced but management was not happy with employees for not checking on orders before leaving. To make matters worse nearly did the splits since the kid who had mopped the floor forgot to put up a wet sign. Just given a half “are you okay” had to tell him to put up a sign. Bad experience today here.

    I usually don’t have any complaints about this location, but today was disappointing. I took my four kids and ordered a 20-piece nugget and a basket of fries. The nuggets tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for hours with no warmth at all, and the “basket” of fries was basically just a medium fry dumped in. Probably won’t be coming back to this location for a while.

    I had purchased a caramel frappe with EXTRA CARMEL. and they had charged me with 0.29 For the extra caramel. does it look like I have the extra caramel i paid for? don’t think so. This isn’t even the 1st time it’s happened to. Put some effort into people’s food/drinks like i’m not tryna get a water downed drink or a non-flavor coffee that i had paid extra for.
