The problem is the service, there is no soda machine or ANY condiments or even napkins that you can get without asking the employees behind the counter. It's very frustrating not being able to re-fill my drink or grab a ketchup packet/extra napkins. Also the orders are almost always missing sauce or a drink when I order kids meals for my little ones. So i have to go ask for it behind the counter and it takes forever to get help there's always 2-3 people with the same issue waiting for a refill or anything else they might need.
