I don't know what has happened to Dutch, but the quality of drinks and the incredibly friendly associates just aren't what they used to be. I've been a Dutch customer in Arizona for more than fifteen years and the consistency kept me coming back, but I haven't found that in any of the Texas locations in the last two years. This visit was no different. This drink is awful. My son said it's very different than what he usually gets. Very little flavor. The cup was covered in something, so I asked if the window girl would mind giving it a wipe. Yikes! She was not happy. No flavor. No consistency in the product. And the cheerful, outgoing customer service is just non existent. After a dozen visits, guess I should just save money and make coffee at home. I sure miss my Arizona coffee pick me up after a long day at work!

Sometimes I get exactly what I asked for and other times it seems like its made with a random concoction of regular milk and mystery flavors. What is going on here? I'm unable to leave the house so I have someone pick it up for me, so I can't taste it before it gets to me unfortunately. I love Dutch Brothers, but this inconsistency is making me not want to go here anymore.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
