  Very long wait while I was in the drive-thru I was going to an event and was in good timing but I waited for 30mins just for a drink and a croissant. Two workers were outside vaping (not on break btw) and they were NOT wearing gloves when doing it, and one of them was supposed to be taking orders for the drive-thru and giving out drinks I bet she didn’t wash those hands. My croissant was cold as ice at least heat it up. Horrible DO NOT GO this is my 3rd time going they need to hire better people or close the whole store.

  We had an overall negative experience on Christmas Eve at this location. I contacted Dunkin’ Donuts about it and within a few days they had Aretha, the manager of this location, contact me. She explained that she has taken over because things were not being managed correctly and profusely apologized as well as had us come in and comped our whole order. All the employees have always been friendly. We will definitely return now that it seems like things are on the right track. Thank you!

  Placed order on app the line was so long I went inside to get my order and it was even more chaotic inside. I asked them to just cancel my order and walked out. They never refunded me. When I went into store to let them know I never received my refund I was told I would have to contact them on the app since I placed order that way. The manager Dalia was NO HELP! She kept sending messages through the other worker until I asked her to come and explain. Which she was still no help!! Couldn’t even walk me through getting the help on the app! This is a new location and I expected better. I will NOT be coming back here! They need to do customer service training for their managers!

  Several times now there’s been no greeting walking in, no talking from the workers, no calling out orders.. nothing! There will be 10+ drinks just sitting on the counter and still not a word from workers. I’ve had to just reach across the counter and find my own drink! It’s ridiculous.. and no thank you or have a nice day on the way out either!

  So I finally decided to go inside and check out the place, when I pulled up to park I noticed there was nobody inside and the drive thru was empty at 0930??? So I went in and immediately noticed the very limited selection of donuts and misc, looked over the menu and I was confused and asked myself if this was really a DD?? As a person who travels and has spent time in New England one knows that DD IS the place you go from sun up to very late for all things good, so this location is anything but that???? All I can say is the owner of this location better be glad he has folks in a town obviously not aware of how a REAL DD should be set up cause them yanks would probably close it up till it was fixed!!!! So I ordered a cpl glazed and a coffee and the donuts tasted like they were made 2 days ago and the girl had no idea of what I was asking for when I ordered my extra extra?????? Probably will NOT be back as there is just nothing worth getting excited about for a visit.. I wish em luck 🤠
