  Went through the drive through for a coffee. It took over 10 mins for just a coffee. When I was placing my order the person taking my order acted like she didn't comprehend. Then when I got to the window it was even worse. The staff was not friendly at all. I was so excited for the establishment to open. Now disappointed there is way to many other great coffee places in the area with lower prices and way better customer service. Management needs to do better with the hiring and training of the employees here

  I stopped by twice last weekend to grab donuts for my kids, and the experience was great both times. I usually come inside, and the ladies working up front were super friendly and welcoming. Even with a long morning line, they moved quickly, got everything I needed, and stayed kind the whole time. Awesome job to the front counter team keep it up!

  My first time at Dunkin and I was assisted by employee, Maury. Outstanding customer service by this young lady! She paid attention to all the details of my order and when I decided to eat inside instead of drive thru, she made sure everything was set aside for me and ready to go for sit down dining. I watched her work hard the whole time we were here, all with a smile and excellent attitude. You guys need to hire more Maurys!!!

  I know it was this place just opened and there was a huge rush, but we were really disappointed. We went inside but there was no order or line and it was just chaos, so we waited 10 mins in the drive thru. They threw the donuts in the bag and by the time we got home, it was melted and all over the bag. No longer on the actual donuts so I had to scrape what I could back on for my kids. Ordered the snacklin bacon which looked advertised as candied bacon, and got 2.5 small strips of microwaved bacon. The same they put in the sandwiches.girl at the window was pretty rude. I know she was stressed but she wasn’t very kind. Just not please with our order, or service.

  my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was unbelievably disappointing. The staff at this location seem slow, unorganized, and very inexperienced. Most of the employees appear to be very young, and unfortunately it shows in the lack of professionalism. During my visit, I witnessed two young employees arguing at the drive-through window while customers waited. The line was held up for over 20 minutes, and management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the situation. It was unprofessional, frustrating, and completely avoidable. Honestly, it’s well worth the extra effort to skip this Dunkin’ and walk into the Starbucks inside the Tom Thumb right behind it. The service there is far better and much more consistent.
