  Waited in the drive through with no cars in front of me for 5 minutes and said “hello?!” To the intercom twice before being answered. At that point I just left because this is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. They are too slow in the mornings when people are trying to get to work and take kids to school. It should not take long to place an order an receive it. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with this location. Won’t be going back!

  Staff was friendly and welcoming, very professional. They made my kids day with free munchkins.

  Place makes you wait over 40 min while all the workers walk in circle. Don’t recommend unless you have time to wait close to a hour for coffee and donuts.

  We had an overall negative experience on Christmas Eve at this location. I contacted Dunkin’ Donuts about it and within a few days they had Aretha, the manager of this location, contact me. She explained that she has taken over because things were not being managed correctly and profusely apologized as well as had us come in and comped our whole order. All the employees have always been friendly. We will definitely return now that it seems like things are on the right track. Thank you!

  Great good and atmosphere. The cashier was too occupied on her phone to assist and there were no customers in the store waiting to be helped when I arrived. Maybe put bells on the door so staff are aware when guest enter the store.
