  985 US 287 Waxahachie Tx Domino's Pizza! Two thumbs down!! So much for their guarantee to make your pizza right or give you a refund. (Dan) I don't know what is going on with the school system in Waxahachie Tx but damn no one in this town can seem to get an order correct. I told Dan at Domino's in Waxahachie I wanted a 3 Topping Pan Pizza with NO CHEESE AT ALL, he reads my order back to me and verifies with me that I didn't want any cheese..I said correct. Well the pizza shows up with cheese.. not the first and I'm sure won't be the last. I call up there and was speaking with their employee of the month Dan who tells me that's how I ordered it so no refund or another pizza made the correct way as I ordered it. He tells me yes you said No Cheese but you didn't say no provolone...smh! I tell him No Cheese means No Cheese and he hangs up on me and ignored requests to speak to a manager about their guarantee. Holy hell I miss Corsicana domino's.. they are outstanding!! Waxahachie sucks!!!

  Your app showed my order didn’t go through… my card said it did. I had tried at least four times. So I did the wildly unreasonable thing of calling to confirm. Instead of help, I got condescension, constant interruptions, and a tone that suggested I’d personally ruined this man’s entire day by asking a question. For context: our whole family is sick and we just needed pizza on a hard day. That’s it. No drama needed from you. We’re new to town and decided to try Domino’s instead of our usual Pizza Hut. Between the broken app and the snappy phone attitude, we won’t be trying again. Pizza Hut just earned permanent “go-to” status.
