My recommendation is to avoid ordering a catering meal from Chipotle. Customer service issues should be resolved without making customers feel like obstacles are being placed in the way of correcting the problem. I also saw them take old rice and put it on the new rice pot which is a food safety no-no. I also prefer to order onsite because my pickup orders are usually not as good. I think they seem understaffed frequently and are too busy with pickup orders. Could use more staff and tighter food management.

Jazmin Altamirano “ the manager” charged me twice for queso because she stated that because I asked for a lil more I had to be charged again. The young man that was dipping the queso for my burrito never gave me a full scoop of queso to began with. Jazmin was extremely rude and never tried to resolve the situation when I asked about why I was charged twice. I’m very disappointed as a loyal chipotle customer that I would be charged twice for queso on a burrito that I was not given enough of to start with.
