I order a cinnamon sugar bagel with eggs and sausage they gave me a bagel with just cinnamon thrown on top and my egg didn’t look right. Highly disappointed!

Forgot to give me the twice baked hashbrowns also on the farmhouse the has brown bagel had barely any hash on it. Clearly an issue with the quality control as this is the second time this has happened. The location in Mansfield has never had this issue. Please pay more attention.

EDIT: My issue was resolved and the fact that they reached out and made things right was pretty cool. I know they are trying to work out the kinks, and I’m sure if they remain attentive to issues such as mine, they will do well. Also, the Asiago bagel with the onion & chive shmear is delicious. I’ll be going back to try more combos in the future. This morning I placed a DRIVE-THRU order online. There, you have the option to choose walk-in or drive-thru. When you select the drive-thru option, it says “Jump in the drive-thru line and let us know you have a mobile order waiting” and that is what I did. I was told I would have to go in and get the order myself. Of course once you are in that line, you are stuck. So they expected me to wait in that line, then drive by the window where my order was sitting just a few feet away, park and go inside to grab it myself… on a drive-thru order. I got to the window and told them I was just going to wait there for my order. The employee walked a few feet, grabbed my order and handed it to me. I got home and realized I didn’t get 2 muffins I paid for. Absolutely terrible experience. They don’t know the reason someone chooses the drive-thru option. But the point is, if they offer that option, they should honor it. I normally give places grace, especially when they are new, but that was completely silly. This could have been a disabled person or one with agoraphobia. Insisting a person goes inside for their DRIVE-THRU order is ridiculous. On a positive note, the employee was still kind and the food I actually got was good.

This morning 3:27/2026, I had made a pick up order that was supposed to be ready 10-15mins. Unfortunately when we got there to pick up our orders the manager was stresssed like stressed you can see it on his face! Even made a loud comment to the other customers stating “sorry they order 25 bagels “ In addition to that we didn’t get our order until and hour and a half of waiting. During this time the drive through seemed to be moving fast. I’m not one to really complain but for me to have to wait an hour and half for one bagal that only has egg and one piece of bacon is a little ridiculous. As well as the manager making the comment was unprofessional.
