I dont use the app nor did I ask for the receipt and when I tried to call its corporate and theyvare closed. Made it to Lancaster Dutch bros to buy a new drink. Told them what happened and they took care of me no charge for the save. Thank you

The vibes are always great and I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for my items and I come all hours of the day! There was also a very tall guy working outside taking orders today and he was an absolute ray of sunshine! He made my whole day with his positive vibes. Love this location!

They are always friendly, fast, and delicious and this location is no different from any other one I have been to! This morning I picked up my order ahead and was greeted with a big smile. The app is the best since you can earn points for free drinks and since it was my birthday a few days ago I had a coupon for a free drink of any size! Absolutely love this place and the culture behind it! It’s usually worth it to just walk up to the window since the drive thru can get pretty busy. Also I would like to add that this is one of the cheaper coffee shop options, and for how good the coffee actually is I would say that is a deal! My large iced Cocomo is only around $6 and it’s a lot of coffee!
- SSSha ShereeMar 25, 20265.0KOTA AND MADDIE….. SO AWESOMEEEEEEEEE. My son’s nurse and I needed a pick me up and no one was there in line. I was shocked bc usually there’s a line. I got the blended golden eagle and the nurse got the same but açaí. I’ve never had it and was given the honor of trying it for the first time. KOTA made it and IT WAS DELICIOUS. I hate to try new things n not like it but I will def be ordering that again. Thanks ladies for a great experience, lovely visit, uplifting vibe and conversation!!!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
