  This location started terrible, I wont lie. Nobody at the register. Nobody in the dining room a couple people in the drive thru. Then the mgr explained that two people quit on her and it was just her and a new kid. Then, she commences to prepare me the best sandwich and curly fries I have ever had in almost any arbys. Tucumcari, NM. Waukesha Wisconsin are the only other two that I have ever had fries that weren't either burnt or just pieces. But the lady in waxahachie went out of her way to make my diner rememerable. So go ahead and give em a try.

  Service seemed short staffed and only complaint is the amount of sauce they put on the food. Charge .50 for cheddar sauce but give you a drop..

  Horrible service. Ordered two sliders roast beef and buffalo chicken with sauces on side. Please tell why the buffalo and ranch were added to my roast beef. So I received both.Wth? I asked for napkins, the lady at the windows had such an attitude. Since when are food service allowed to wear fake nails??

  I ordered a beef n chedouble meal and a cup of cheddar. I got fries that weren't even full, the cup of cheddar was not even half full and the sandwhich...was a regular roast beef without even any sauce!!!! No beef n cheddar. I will for sure avoid this Arby's location. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 what a waste of time. I am so disappointed and upset. I didn't get pics of cheese and fries but I did of the sandwich

  Food was great but the drink think it was coke waste of money the first time to order from this place and will be the last
