I was told my food was not ready, I waited till 11:05 in vehicle and went in and food still wasn’t ready, went back in at 11:15 and it also wasn’t ready. Food was finally ready at 11:22. Looking at wings at home an 1 set of wings are wrong flavor, the 2 other sets of wings had the sauce poured on, to were I can see the wing crispy skin. I called the store an spoke to Kassandra the manager. I reported the problem and she stated “since it was after 11PM they don’t have access to the bowls and that’s how they do things” even though the order was placed before 11PM. I told her the food looked halfed-assed and rushed, and I’ve never had an experience like this at Wingstop, she said I can get a remake of the food or to bring the food back for a refund since I think the food is half-assed. Wonderful customer service skills this store has.
