The fact that people still walk into here to spend their hard earned dollars is a shocker, but i get it you got to feed your fam. The staff knows where nothing is even though they stock the floor. There is nobody there ever on the floor to help you. When you can find one person they dont know anything. Pharmacy sucks, butcher block sucks and seems like they are just winging it half the time, this stor should really be replaced with the H-E-B, I think it would be better for the community in my honest opinion.

- NNNoelFeb 15, 20261.0My family and I know several of the employees at the Rufe Snow location. All of the people are always really friendly. Today I came in to return a $4 item that wasn't edible. The guy named Steve (as he so kindly pointed out that was his name on his badge) didn't want to do the return because I didn't have the receipt. I then asked, "Okay, can you look up the purchase with my credit card or can you show me how to do it on the Albertsons app?" He couldn't be bothered, and I told him I didn't want a replacement, I wanted a refund. So he called his manager over, who pulled the transaction up from my phone on the app. Here is your proof. He was so rude I couldn't believe it. No thank you, no hi, no help, no nothing, except when I asked if the store manager was here, he said no, then proceeded to point at his badge and said, "Tell him Steve Blank sent you." Wow, Idk why I am at all shocked, but I am. The level of disrespect is disgusting. He shouldn't be in a position such as customer service if he doesn't want to help customers.
