  Worst McDonalds ever, First didn't have any Mayo on my hot and spicy Second I got a double cheese burger mustard all on the outside of the paper, very nasty took 10 mins food was not hot, Whatever cook is there today 11:30am. Thurs April 2nd 2026 , needs to find something else to do beside cook . Maybe wipe counters..

  ​I am beyond disappointed with the service at this location. We stopped here during a family vacation, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. ​I ordered the Hot Honey McCrispy, but what I received was a joke: a dry, plain chicken patty slapped between two buns with exactly two pickles. No hot honey, no sauce, and absolutely zero effort. It wasn’t just a "mistake"; it was a total lack of basic assembly. ​To make matters worse: ​The fries were inedible: They were completely unsalted and cold. ​Missing essentials: We specifically ordered ketchup for my daughter's nuggets and received none. ​Because of this negligence, my daughter cried for the entire drive to Dallas. A simple meal was supposed to be a quick break; instead, it turned into a miserable experience for the whole family. Thanks for ruining our first day of vacation. Do yourself a favor and drive past this location.

  Typical McDs. Slow service. Sitting area was dirty. I only come here with Will so he can get his frap. Ugh.

  Floors were very nasty when I walked in. Went to counter and worker didn’t even a knowledge that I was there . I had to place my order at the kiosk. Tables were dirty too. Another worker finally came to the front asking if I had an order . I will not be going back to this location again. Very displeasing and seeing these employees with that terrible look on the faces tells it all . ………

  I have never been to a slower McDonald’s. I have never been in contact with more rude employees in my life. The manager has zero customer service skills. How in the world is she a manager being so rude. Whoever owns this McDonald’s does not give a you know what. Otherwise, something would have been done about this a long time ago. These employees didn’t start being rude yesterday. It has been on going
